PROMOTION PERIOD

• Promotion is valid Feb. 14, 2021 – Dec. 31, 2021.

ELIGIBILITY

• Players that register for new accounts at BetMGM Poker in Michigan.
• All new players who have both signed up for an account and provided a valid name, date of birth and social security number at BetMGM Poker and who are not otherwise restricted from playing by law (“Eligible Players”) during the Promotional Period will be credited with their free $25 bonus.
• Player must be over 21 years of age and be playing within the state of Michigan.
• BetMGM Poker is powered by partypoker US Network.
• All personal and contact data associated with player’s account must be verifiable.
• Promotion is offered subject to and conditional upon the Michigan Gaming Control Board’s continuing regulatory approval of the BetMGM Poker site. In the event that such regulatory approval is withdrawn for any reason prior to the end of the Promotion, this Promotion shall be null and void.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION

• The $10 poker bonus requires that a single raked hand be played (hand played on real money games) in order to withdraw the bonus amount.
• Welcome Deposit Match Bonus offer expires 14 days after creating a new verified account at BetMGM Poker powered by partypoker US Network.
• Welcome Deposit Match Bonus limited to one (1) redemption per real money account.
• Player must complete wager requirements to withdraw bonus cash.
• Maximum eligible deposit any player can make is $600. Any deposit made above this amount will only credit the player $600 in release restricted cash.
• Player will earn loyalty points (iRPs) for all poker cash game rake and tournament fees paid.

PRIZES

• The free $25 will be paid as a combination of: $15 tournament dollars to be used on Sit and Go or multi-table tournaments; and the $10 poker bonus to be used on poker cash and fastforward games.

WAGER REQUIREMENTS

• This bonus is a release-restricted bonus. Bonus will be released as cash in increments of deposit amount.
  • Bonus Cash Release: 10% increments of deposit amount (10 slabs).
  • Bonus will be earned out at a rate of twelve (12) times the increment amount in iRewards Points to release each slab.
    • For example: $200, the bonus would be released in increments of $20. In order to release that $20, you would need to earn 240 iRewards Points.
  • Released cash is credited to player’s account available for withdrawal.
• Player must complete the wager requirements on the Deposit Match Bonus within 28 days of the initial deposit or the bonus will be considered expired and any further play will not result in additional bonus being earned out.
• Any iRewards Points earned after 11:59 p.m. on the 28th calendar day after opting in will not count towards releasing the Bonus.
• Any iRewards Points earned prior to player opt-in will not count towards releasing the Bonus.
• The free $25 bonus is complimentary, offered in good faith and can only be used to try the poker tables at BetMGM Poker powered by partypoker US Network
• The $25 bonus money is not transferrable and may not be substituted or redeemed to use off the site, except as provided for by these terms and conditions
• Players can opt in to multiple bonuses at any given time, however, they can only contribute to wager requirements or release restrictions for one bonus at a time. Wager requirements and release restrictions apply to the first activated bonus unless the player pauses said bonus and resumes play on another bonus in the bonus tab. Players can pause and resume bonuses multiple times until they expire.

CANCELLATION

• BetMGM Poker reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any Promotion Communication or on the Platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any Promotion affecting the result of the Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.
• BetMGM Poker reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion in its entirety or exclude any individual or individuals from participation if it determines at its sole discretion that there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the promotion.
